When Italian Children's Market decides that the sound quality of one of our Italian-speaking bears is less than perfect, her voice box and battery box are gently removed.
There may also be a slight flaw, such as the flag upside down on the foot or a space in her name on the sweater.
She no longer speaks, but she sure can listen, and she loves to cuddle!
