We ship worldwide!

Shipping  charges are for one order sent to one location.

We try our very best to process your order and have it ready to ship within 48 hours. 

Please remember that although we do everything we can do to insure fast delivery, the shipping time frames are estimated shipping time frames only. Delivery dates can vary due to issues completely out of our control, i.e. the carrier taking extra time to deliver orders, etc. 

We  offer USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground rates only.  

We use  Real Time Shipping with rates provided to us by the postal service. There is no additional handling charges.

Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout according to your location and weight of your order.

ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS!!

Are there any additional fees/custom duties involved in international shipping?

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs duties and/or fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate what the charges may be since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. For further details, please contact your destination local customs office or visit their official website.  In other cases, there will be VAT included (i.e. Netherlands, Spain, France ……). You may view your Checkout section to identify whether your VAT is included or not.

Also, in some cases, customs clearance procedures are required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery estimation time.

Due to customs regulatory policies, please note that we are unable to list purchased items as a gift or write an amount lower than the actual product price.

 

U.S. ORDERS
The US Postal Service  will  email  you  a tracking number once your package is processed.   We are  not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service. Please refer to  the tracking information the postal service provides for you once your package is processed for any information regarding the whereabouts of your  package.
 Italian Children's Market has the same tracking information issued to you with no further information.   Contact the postal office in your area for any questions and have your tracking number available.  If you did not receive an email with your tracking number, please contact Italian Children's Market.
 
Once the package leaves the warehouse, it is then in the hands of the postal service, therefore Italian Children's Market cannot guarantee delivery before a requested date.   Please take note of weather conditions in your area which also can cause delays with your delivery.
 If you would like to request a signature confirmation for your packages, please contact us following completion of your order.
Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the US postal service. We are not responsible if your postal carrier damages the package, misplaces it, or someone opens it, or if it gets stolen. Issues regarding this MUST be taken up with your local post office.  We cannot offer refunds for packages that show delivered by the US postal carrier, or arrive damaged. Your postal carrier must resolve this and refund you if needed. Please contact them with your complaint.
Signature confirmation is mandatory for orders over $200 . The additional fee is covered by Italian Children's Market.
