We ship across the USA and worldwide.
Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be delayed by weather, customs, or carrier issues.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Rates are provided in real time by USPS and UPS - no additional handling fees.
Available options: USPS Priority, USPS Ground Advantage, and UPS Ground.

U.S.A. Orders

You will recieve a tracking number by email once your package is processed.
Please check your tracking information directly with USPS or UPS for delivery updates.
Italian Children's Market does not guarantee delivery by specific dates.
Delays caused by the postal service or weather is out of our control.
Signature confirmation:

-Optional upon request

-Mandatory for orders over $200.00 (no extra cost)

- Packages marked "delivered" but lost or stolen.

- Damage caused by the postal carrier

- Misdelivered packages. These issues must be resolved directly with your local post office.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customers are responsible for all TARIFFS, Custom duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees.
Charges vary by country and cannot be estimated by us.
Some countries include VAT at checkout (e.g. Netherlands, Spain, France).
Custom clearance may cause delays.
We cannot:

- Mark items as gifts.

- Declare a lower product value.
