Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Italian Children’s Market. Please review our return policy below before sending any item back.

Return Approval Required

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns must be approved in advance.

We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for any return received without prior approval.

Once your request is reviewed, we will reply by email with return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Window

Approved returns must be mailed back with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are available only to the original purchaser and only for items purchased directly through Italian Children’s Market.

Return Shipping

Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

This applies to both domestic and international orders.

Product Condition

Most products are eligible for return. However, returned merchandise must be in its original condition.

We are unable to issue a refund or store credit for items that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, or without the original packaging. This includes the original box, casing, Styrofoam container, or any other packaging the product came in.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order information and photos of the damaged or defective item so we can review your request.

Refunds and Store Credit

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will issue either a refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

Refunds are processed through our website payment system or, in certain cases, through PayPal.

We do not issue refunds by check.
