 30 Day Return/exchange Policy

Each Giovanni is personally and carefully tested for sound quality and craftsmanship.  He is leaving our warehouse speaking and singing clearly and happily.   If, for some reason, he chooses not to speak or if he is defective in any way, please return him in his original condition for a replacement or full refund within 30 days.  As with all battery-operated toys, it is best to remove the batteries should your Giovanni be stored for any length of time without use.

This Warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser, is non-transferable and applies only to Italian Children’s Market products.  The product detailed above is covered by a 1 -month warranty from the original purchase date, under normal use and service, against defective workmanship and sound quality. This warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage due to excessive play, including but not limited to tears, rips and  damage caused by accident, misuse, unreasonable use, immersion in water, neglect, abuse, battery leakage, or improper installation, improper service, or other external causes; defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product;

Prior to returning your Giovanni for any reason, please notify Italian Children’s Market by e mail: Italianchildrensmarket@gmail.com or by selecting our Contact Us form on our website. If the service representative is unable to resolve the issue, you will be provided instructions on how to return the product and have it replaced under Warranty. Return of the product under Warranty must adhere to the following rules:

If Italian Children’s Market believes that there may be a defect in the materials or workmanship of the bear, and can confirm the purchase date and location of the product, we will at our discretion replace the bear with a new one or a full refund.  A replacement Giovanni assumes the remaining Warranty of the original product or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage.
