All orders over $100 will require a signature confirmation as well as specialty collectibles indicated in item description.
Italian Children's Market will provide you with a tracking number once your package is sent. We are not responsible for reimbursement of lost or stolen packages once the tracking number states "delivered". We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service. Please contact your local post office for questions or concerns in such cases. If you would like to request a signature confirmation for your packages, please contact us following completion of your order.
Italian Children's Market will provide you with a "receipt number" issued by the United States Post Office. This receipt number records the date and time your package departs from the United States. Once your package departs the United States, some international postal carriers do not supply Italian Children's Market with continuing tracking information. Once your receipt number is issued by Italian Children's Market from the US Postal Service, we are not responsible for reimbursement of items not delivered by the international postal carrier. Please contact your local post office and have your receipt number ready. Allow at least 10-14 business days for your order to arrive. Keep this in mind when ordering during busy holiday seasons.
