Shipping charges are for one order sent to one location.
We try our very best to process your order and have it ready to ship within 48 hours.
Please remember that although we do everything we can do to insure fast delivery, the first class and priority shipping time frames are estimated shipping time frames. Delivery dates can vary due to things completely out of our control, like the courier taking extra time to deliver orders.
We use USPS and UPS Real Time Shipping with rates provided to us by these two postal services. There is no additional handling charges added.
Shipping charges will be calculated upon checkout according to your location and weight of your order.
All orders over $100 will require a signature confirmation as well as specialty collectibles indicated in item description.
The US Postal Service will email you a tracking number once your package is sent. We are not responsible for reimbursement of lost or stolen packages once the tracking number states "delivered". We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the Postal Service. Please utilize the tracking information the postal service provides for you once your package is shipped from our warehouse for any information regarding the whereabouts of your package. Italian Children's Market has the same tracking information issued to you with no further information. Contact the postal office in your area for any questions and have your tracking number available. In some states, UPS and USPS do not deliver on Saturday. Please keep this in mind when ordering for a gift to be delivered before a special event especially during the busy Christmas season. It is best, in this case, to order as early as possible. Once the package leaves the warehouse, it is then in the hands of the postal service, therefore Italian Children's Market cannot guarantee delivery before a requested date. Please take note of weather conditions in your area which can cause delays with your delivery. If you would like to request a signature confirmation for your packages, please contact us following completion of your order.
The US Postal Service will issue you a "receipt number" . This receipt number records the date and time your package departs from the United States. Once your package departs the United States, it is then in the hands of the International Postal Services. Some international postal services do not supply the US Postal Service with continuing tracking information. Once your receipt number is issued by the US Postal Service, Italian Children's Market is not responsible for reimbursement of items not delivered by the international postal carrier. Please utilize the receipt number to track the whereabouts of your order. Italian Children's Market has the same receipt number issued to you with no further information. Contact your local post office and have your receipt number ready. Allow at least 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive anywhere Internationally as it must clear customs upon arriving which can cause delays in certain countries. Keep this in mind when ordering during busy holiday seasons or for a special event.
