Returns

Our Return Policy

1. Please contact us first for an approval to return your product. We are unable to credit you for a return that was received without an approval.

2. IMPORTANT! Except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise, customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. This pertains to both domestic and international orders.

3.  Most products are eligible for returns with the exception of opened CDs/DVDs. However, we cannot refund merchandise that is not returned to us in the original condition and/or the box/casing it came in is damaged.  

4. Musical items: Must be returned with the original box and styrofoam it was encased in, completely undamaged and intact. Ripped, torn, or damaged styrofoam casings will not be accepted. The item must be suitable for restocking.

5. Please contact us via email only with your return request: Italianchildrensmarket@gmail.com. We will reply with instructions on how to return, if approved. 

6. Once approved by Italianchildrensmarket, please return with receipt of purchase for store credit or refund in full within 30 days of purchase.

7. Returns or refunds are applicable to original purchaser only, and only if purchased through Italian Children's Market.  

8. Refunds are issued through our website system via a credit or in certain situations, via Paypal.  We do not offer refunds in a form of a check.

9. For return or refund on our Giovanni or Giuliana the Italian Speaking Bears, please refer to our 30-warranty policy included with your Giovanni purchase.
